2. Description of Service

ACME.BOT offers automated content writing, research, illustration generation and publishing tools to help improve your search and SEO rankings. It can create high-quality blog and website content that is optimized for SEO. If you have concerns about content quality, contact the ACME.BOT support team at human@acme.bot.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for securing your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all actions that are done under your account.

4. User Content and Ownership

• Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the content and illustrations you generate through ACME.BOT.
• You grant ACME.BOT a limited license to use your inputs and generated content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, and improving the services.
• You are solely responsible for the content you generate, publish, or distribute, including ensuring you have the rights to any materials you input and that your use complies with applicable law.
• Feedback: If you send us suggestions, ideas, or other feedback about the services, you grant ACME.BOT a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate it without any obligation or compensation to you.
• If you believe content generated or published through ACME.BOTinfringes your intellectual property or other rights, contact us at human@acme.bot and we will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content where warranted.

5. AI-Generated Content

• ACME.BOT uses artificial intelligence to generate text and illustrations. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading, and may not be suitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before relying on or publishing it.
• Due to the nature of generative AI, output is not guaranteed to be unique, and similar or identical content may be generated for other users. ACME.BOT does not warrant that generated content is free of third-party rights or does not resemble existing works.
• ACME.BOT provides tools to help improve search visibility, but we do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic, indexing, conversion, or business result. Search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
• You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated content complies with the disclosure, labeling, and other requirements of any platform on which you publish it and with applicable law.
• Generated content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

6. Marketing and Publicity Rights

By creating an account or using the services, you grant ACME.BOT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to FreeText AI Pte. Ltd. to use and display your name, your company's name, logo, trademarks, and any content you have publicly posted, for the purpose of identifying you as a ACME.BOT user and promoting the services. This includes use in case studies, press releases, investor and marketing presentations, testimonials, our website, social media, and other promotional materials. You may revoke this permission at any time by emailing human@acme.bot, after which we will cease new uses of your marks within a reasonable period.

7. Third-Party Integrations

You must ensure compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platforms (like Shopify, WordPress) if you integrated them through your account. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or content of third-party platforms, or for any loss arising from your use of them, and your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use ACME.BOT's services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Generate or distribute content that is defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent, spam, hateful, harassing, or that constitutes misinformation.
• Distribute harmful or malicious content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or use the services to build a competing product, or exceed reasonable usage or rate limits.
• Attempt unauthorized access to ACME.BOT's systems.

9. Fees, Subscriptions, and Refunds

• Paid subscriptions require payment of fees as outlined on the ACME.BOT website.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• ACME.BOT may adjust fees with notice.
• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties, which are your responsibility except where we are required by law to collect them.
• We may offer free trials, beta access, or promotional plans, which may be subject to additional or different terms and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Features offered on a free, trial, or beta basis are provided "as is," and any promotional pricing applies only for the stated period before standard fees take effect.
• First-time subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) days of their initial subscription payment by emailing human@acme.bot. Refunds are limited to one per customer and are issued to the original payment method.
• Except for the guarantee above and where otherwise required by law, fees — including all renewal payments — are non-refundable, and payments are processed securely.

10. Termination

• Violation of these terms may cause ACME.BOT to terminate or suspend your account.
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting human@acme.bot.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• ACME.BOT's services and all generated content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
• ACME.BOT does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements or achieve any particular result.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services, or impose limits on certain features, at any time and without liability to you.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACME.BOT shall not be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACME.BOT's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to ACME.BOT in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACME.BOT and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the services, the content you generate or publish, or your violation of these terms or of any applicable law or third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, and you consent to that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ACME.BOT. ACME.BOT is not liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.

15. Changes to Terms and Privacy Policy

ACME.BOT can modify these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will go into effect immediately upon posting on the ACME.BOT website.
